TYREE EDWARDS

​Tyree Edwards, a self-taught producer, singer, songwriter from Atlanta who mixes trap drums with soulful melodies, and Caribbean cadences to curate a sound he calls “Caribsoul.” At the age of 16, after a life-changing move to Mexico, he was disgusted after hearing an extremely negative song on the radio and thought to himself “Is this how African American music is represented?” Thus, instead of waiting for someone to make the music he wanted to hear, he decided to download FL Studio and do it himself. Tyree has always found solace in music throughout his life by using it to get information in times of need or rapping with friends in High School locker rooms. Throughout his musical journey, Tyree wants to promote: love, truth, and positivity as much as possible by letting his music speak from the heart.
