Project Scope:

Pre-production:

  • Conducted a comprehensive site visit at the event venue to assess spatial constraints, evaluate available lighting, and determine the optimal placement for the step-and-repeat banner.

  • Thoroughly reviewed the Run of Show (ROS) to strategize crew positioning, ensuring the team was always in the right place at the right time for key moments.

Production:

  • Deployed a cohesive three-man crew consisting of two camera operators and one photographer to guarantee comprehensive coverage of both scheduled events and organic, candid interactions.

  • Captured dynamic b-roll of attendees smiling, hugging, and taking photos in front of the branded step-and-repeat.

  • Strategically filmed the venue's informative signage to highlight the foundation's "Mind, Body, Spirit" programs, as well as the significance of their purple and turquoise brand colors and butterfly symbol.

  • Operated strictly alongside the event schedule, seamlessly capturing key stage moments, live performances like the contemporary dancer, and audience reactions.

Post-production:

  • Crafted an edit that exemplifies the love, emotion, and heartfelt energy present in the venue, driven by an uplifting and empowering musical soundtrack.

  • Wove in live event audio, specifically choosing to end the piece with a touching, emotional speech praising the founder's growth and wishing them a happy birthday, grounding the video in genuine human connection.

  • Applied a polished color grade that beautifully highlighted the venue's lighting and the foundation's vibrant brand colors.
